Worldwide, the alpha track is the most commonly used technique for radon measurement. The Radtrak3 by Radonova is a reliable detector for both residential and commercial measurement needs.
The exceptionally wide range allows radon levels to be measured from 15 Bq/m3 to as high as 25,000 Bq/m3 during a three month period. Device is composed of film elements inside anti-static plastic housing. Radon enters by diffusion.
Detector analysis performed using state-of-the-art image scanner at Radonova’s C-NRPP accredited laboratory. Exposure results expressed in Bq/m3.

The Bundle
Get reliable, fast results with The Bundle. This combination kit is a short-term Rapidos test that can be deployed for a minimum of 10 days and a Radtrak3 long-term test that will monitor between 90 days and 1 full year. Utilizing this kit will allow you to get a quick radon result to determine if additional testing is needed or, if levels are elevated, will indicate the need for a mitigation system. Once the results from the Rapidos test are received you can use the Radtrak3 to perform a follow up confirmation test or to use as a mitigation follow up test.

What do I do when I receive the detector, what is the process?
The Radtrak3 and Rapidos Alpha Track detectors will arrive with their own unique instruction sheet, and return envelope. Each detector should be registered individually with the Login Credentials provided on the instruction sheet.
When you are ready to start testing, remove the detector from the plastic wrap and place it where you want to test. Follow the instructions to register your detector with radonline.com. Note: the detector will stay in this location for the entire testing period.
When you have finished testing, log back in to radonline.com and update your testing information.
Mail your detector to the lab. (please use a trackable shipping service so you can confirm safe delivery)
When ready, your report will be available for download using your login at radonline.com. You will also receive a copy of your report to your email address.
