Shipping Information
Products are shipped within Canada and tracked by Canada Post. Shipping to the customer is included.
For all orders placed after June 1, 2026, we are pleased to offer a prepaid return label to return your detector to Radonova Ltd. A QR code is included to access the prepaid label. You will also receive a return envelope.
If you purchased your detector before June 1, 2026, you can return it to the Canadian Return Hub rather than shipping it to the USA. Please mail your detector to Radonova Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario, using a trackable shipping method.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, we cannot process any order cancellations or issue refunds.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of radon testing equipment, all products are final sale.
Radon Environmental guarantees that all products are free of manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any difficulty with the operation, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
